1. Digital Products and Online Classes
All purchases made on Volam Arun, including but not limited to:
- Online editing and photography classes
- Digital course materials
- E-books, presets, templates, or downloads
are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products.
Once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions (if applicable)
We may consider a refund only in the following rare situations:
- You were charged twice for the same item (duplicate payment)
- The product was never delivered or access was not granted
- There was a technical issue from our end preventing access to paid content
